One of the main ingredients in the foundation of a church and in its effectiveness is prayer. The Harvey House of Prayer Ministry is founded on the scripture which states:
“If two of you shall agree on earth as touching anything that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven” Matthew 18:19
We are a church that believes in and practices consistent, powerful, prayer. Prayer is our link to God; we count it a privilege not a duty.
Our prayer ministry reaches all ages. Armor Bearers is a powerful group of prayer warriors who meet every Sunday morning to pray for the needs of our leadership and our church. KIDS Prayer Ministry, every Sunday morning at 10:00am, teaches our children how to pray and to believe in the Bible. The focus of Youth Prayer Ministry is to build a personal relationship with God. Ladies Prayer & Share is a power-packed time of prevailing prayer the 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30pm. Men's Prayer, 1st Thursday of the month at 7:30pm, is a time to grow in the Lord and catch a vision of who God is.
